aerobics

Davison Athletic Club features a wide variety of group activities and times to fit your busy schedule.

We would like to have everyone who wishes to take aerobics, do so. However, we urge you not to consider aerobics an entry level activity. If you are new to exercise or have not worked out in some time, please consider a fitness evaluation with our fitness room staff. Even a low impact class requires some cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. these can be accomplished with some time spent in our fitness room.



GUIDELINES


1. Timeliness: Out of consideration for others, we ask that you begin each class on time.
2. Children under 14 may not participate in classes. No exceptions.
3. Proper footwear is required for all classes.
4. Class Format: Please read about or consult an instructor regarding class formats so you will know if that selection is appropriate.

A schedule which will enable you to know which instructors are teaching the classes is displayed at the front desk and in the aerobics room. Please check the Program Desk or Aerobic Area for current schedules.

FIRST CLASS

If you are new and taking your first class, please arrive early and introduce yourself to the instructor. Our instructors will provide you with appropriate modifications for intensity or position/movements.
