Racquetball
Racquetball is a sport played with racquets and a hollow rubber ball on a special indoor court. Unlike many other racquet sports, the walls, floor, and even ceiling of the racquetball court are considered in-bounds. The server bounces the ball once on the ground, and then hits it against the front wall with the racquet. The ball must hit the front wall first. The ball is required to bounce on the floor between the back line of the service box and the back wall. If the ball hits the ceiling, the back wall, or side walls before landing in play, the serve is no good. The served ball is permitted to hit one side wall before landing in play. Players alternate hitting the ball against the front wall trying to place it where their opponent cannot get to the ball. The ball can bounce on the floor one time before being hit against the front wall. Unlike the serve, the ball may touch as many walls as necessary as long as it reaches the front wall without bouncing on the floor.
Squash
Squash is played by two players, with 'standard' rackets (or occasionally four players for doubles) in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. The players take turns hitting the ball against the front wall (referred to as 'rallying'). The ball may be volleyed (hit on the full) or hit after its first bounce. To be considered 'good', the ball must reach the front wall below the 'out' line and above the 'tin', before touching the floor. The ball may also be struck against any of the other three walls before and/or after reaching the front wall. The rally continues until a player is unable to return a shot or makes a mistake. Games are usually played up to 15 points. Points are scored only by the server when the receiver is unable to return the ball to the front wall before it has bounced twice. When the receiver wins the rally, they are awarded only the right to serve. Games are usually played up to 15 points.
Paddleball
Similar to Racquetball , Paddle ball has the same rules. The difference between the two is the type of paddle and ball you use. In Paddleball you use a wooden paddle and a smaller, harder ball ,while in Racquetball you use a strung racquet and different ball.
Badminton
The object of the game is to hit a shuttlecock or "birdie" using a racquet, over the net onto the court within the marked boundaries before the opposing player or pair can hit it back. For every time this is achieved by the team currently serving, the serving player or pair scores one point. After winning a point the same player serves again, and continues to serve as long as they continue to win points. If the non-serving team wins the rally, no point is scored but instead there is a change of server. In doubles, one server starts the game, and after losing a rally the serve switches to the opposing team. From then on, both players on a team take turns serving before the serve switches back to their opponents. The player on the right-hand serving side always begins the serving. The first player or pair to reach 15 points wins the game.
